How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. For our handcrafted 'Made to Order' collections, please allow 10-15 days for production and dispatch.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items with original tags. Please note that customized outfits and items purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our collections worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
How do I ensure I pick the right size for ethnic wear?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing them to our chart, as ethnic silhouettes may differ from Western sizing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes within India.
